About Me
My name is Sagnik Roy, and I am a Master of Science in Business Analytics Candidate at Northeastern University, D'Amore McKim School of Business
In this portfolio, you’ll find a curated collection of my work that showcases my skills in Python, SQL, Tableau, and many other tools. From working for multinational companies to completing CBAP, each piece reflects my dedication and hardwork.
I recently completed my Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering, while specializing in Big Data Analytics. I wish to integrate my critical thinking and problem solving skills to come up with business solutions and strategies.
I have worked with esteemed professors like Dr. LEK Hsiang Hui, Dr. Tan Wee Kek and Dr. Amirhassan Monadjemi on deep learning and data optimization techniques at the National University of Singapore (NUS) and am familiar with the frameworks and perspectives of business analysis (CBAP).

Achievements
Awarded the International Best Researcher Award by the International Society for Scientific Network (ISSN), in association with World Research Council, Times of Research and Z24 News, for my paper "Using IoT's for Elicitation Results". The judges panel consisted of renowned researchers from all over the world.
International Best Researcher Award, IISTA 2022
Recipient of the Highest Scholarship given by the university, to aid me for my finances. The committee selects recipients in recognition to their impressive academic and personal achievements and potential to leverage the degree to create a difference in the world.
DMSB Acheivers Scholarship - D'Amore-McKim School of Business
Came Runners-Up in a National level Product Management Case Study Competition on Dream11, conducted by the prestigious IIT Madras. Recommendations given were including fantasy league stats and videos, and giving merchandise gifts to active participants. Also included competitor analysis to quantify my recommendations. Among the 5 finalists, 4 were IITians.

Bhumi Jun 2021 - Aug 2023
Orchestrated a nationwide network of 12000 dedicated volunteers, and organized close to 50 events for shelter home kids from around 250 shelter homes across East and Northeast India.
Oversaw all aspects of event management, from fundraising and securing sponsors to coordinating judges and extending invitations to shelter homes.
Was a part of the Project Management and Design Team in the Media4Change initiative by Bhumi. Managed around 125 projects around India
Collaborated with 45 NGOs around India, to design posters for their respective needs.
